Engineering Innovations for National Impact

An international conference of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, Glasgow Scotland, with the aim to provide a forum for researchers, students and practitioners from academia, industry, government institutions/agencies, and regulators with backgrounds in STEM to explore enabling innovations for national impact.

Overview

The NSE International Engineering Conference is designed with the aim of exploring avenues and opportunities for information exchange that will help in the development of all sectors of the Nigerian economy

The Nigerian Society of Engineer’s Engineering Innovations for National Impact International Conference is a gathering of engineers, technologists, policymakers, researchers, and industry leaders dedicated to advancing engineering solutions that shape the nation’s future by localising these innovations.

This conference aims to highlight the pivotal role of engineering innovation in addressing critical challenges in infrastructure, energy, manufacturing, environment, health, and digital transformation.

This conference provides a platform for sharing groundbreaking research, practical solutions, and collaborative strategies that translate innovation into national development.

Through keynote presentations, technical sessions, panel discussions, and exhibitions, participants will explore cutting-edge technologies and best practices that can drive productivity, sustainability, and resilience in key sectors. The event will also foster partnerships between academia, industry, and government to accelerate innovation pipelines and align engineering advances with national development priorities.

All attendees must be duly registered. Event registration commences from the 1st of November, 2025. Early registration  advised.

Early hotel reservation is highly recommended. All International attendees are advise to check if visa is required for their visit.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND

The conference is open to students, engineers, technologists, policymakers, researchers, industry leaders and other non-engineering professionals. All attendees must be fully registered to be able to gain access into the conference venue.

EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT

Early registration starts now and runs until 31st of March, 2026 at 5:00 PM (EST). Regular registration applies after this cut off date.

CALL FOR ABSTRACT

The convener of this conference and its programme organisers welcome your abstracts relating to all areas as highlighted in the flyer. Kindly note that we accept one abstract per presenting author. If you wish to submit any further abstracts, these will only be considered if you are a co-author and the presenting author is registered for the event.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

To cancel registration and/or request a refund, you must submit a request in writing to contact@nseglasgow.org.uk. Please enter “Engineering Conference on Cancellation/Refund” in the subject line. Refund processing will incur a 30% handling charges. No refunds will be given after May 30, 2026.

The 2026 – Engineering Conference may be cancelled or postponed due to unforeseen circumstances. If so, registration fees will be refunded; however, ENGINEERING CONFERENCE is not responsible for additional costs, charges, or expenses.
