The convener of this conference and its programme organisers welcome your abstracts relating to all areas as highlighted in the flyer below.
Kindly note that we accept one abstract per presenting author. If you wish to submit any further abstracts, these will only be considered if you are a co-author and the presenting author is registered for the event.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFORMATION BELOW BEFORE SUBMITTING AN ABSTRACT
When submitting an abstract you will need to choose a topic (which mainly align to our Special Interest Groups in flyer). The maximum number of words is 300 words of what was done, why, how and key results plus brief conclusion.
Reviewing criteria:
Clarity of the focus of the research
Suitability of the format
Rigour of the research
Significance of the proposal for practice, policy or theory
All abstracts will be reviewed by the Committee to ensure that the topic of the submission is consistent with the scope of the topics covered at the meeting.
Once the abstracts are accepted, at least one of the authors must register for and present at the conference.
If, after the review by the committee, you have more than one paper accepted for the conference, you will need to register to attend, and pay an additional paper fee for each additional paper (i.e., for the 2nd, 3rd, 4th papers – not the 1st). Please note this is for papers that you are the presenting author of, not papers that you are co-author of.
Successfully submitted abstracts will be acknowledged with an electronic receipt including an abstract reference number, which should be quoted in all correspondence. Allow at least 14 days for your receipt to be returned to you.
